Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

The BBI Design Studio Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when making a purchase, in the event that your item:
-Does not arrive
-Is broken during transit
-Is entirely different than what you purchased
With the exception of:
Some made-to-order items and a limited selection of other items (noted as non-refundable in the returns and cancellations section of the product description)
Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
Upon inspection, if you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
All sales are final 48 hours after delivery.
International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
To request a return or notify us that you did not accept the item at pickup or delivery, please email support@bbidesignsolutions.com and include the order number and the reason for your return request.

We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be.
You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 24 hours of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 24 hours after the delivery date.

Prior to shipping, local pickup, or local delivery, buyers may be able to cancel an order. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur shipping charges. out and back.
Once shipping has been initiated:
The cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned item, including both the outbound shipping costs and the costs to return the order to the seller. A restock fee equivalent to 20% of the item will be accessed.
